Keeping you safe by keeping class sizes small. Our group personal training classes are 6 people or less while our Non-Hot yoga and group fitness classes are 6 people or less. We have lots of space to move around, individual attention and coaching from the warmest, kindest and the most caring group of people you will ever meet!

our programs

Small Group Personal Training

If you want individual attention of a one-on-one personal training session without the cost, then our Small Group Personal Training classes are the right option for you. You will work in groups of 6 or less and your coach will guide you through a workout that is tailored towards your goals.

Yoga

Yoga helps you build a strong, flexible body with the added benefit of calming the mind. Our yoga classes will be small, geared towards all levels and will be a comfortable space where you can learn yoga. We provide lots of options so everyone can feel successful!

Group Fitness Classes

We offer a variety of group fitness classes that focus on building strength, cardio and flexibility in a group fitness fashion.

Private Personal Training

Without a doubt, Personal Training get RESULTS because you work directly with a coach to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of your workouts.

Pilates Mat

This 50-minute class focusses on building strength in your core muscles utilizing the basic exercises introduced by Joseph Pilates. This is a beginner to intermediate level class and no previous Pilates experience is required.

STUDIO UPDATE

Starting April 1st, our studio will be opened for self-guided workouts only. You can book a time slot as per usual and we will have a workout ready for you to follow at your own station with the supervision of the trainer. We cannot lead you through a workout. Yoga and Pilates are suspended for the time being due to the new COVID regulations. If you’re interested in our existing online class videos, head to our Class Video page!
