our programs

Small Group Personal Training

If you want individual attention of a one-on-one personal training session without the cost, then our Small Group Personal Training classes are the right option for you. You will work in groups of 6 or less and your coach will guide you through a workout that is tailored towards your goals.

Yoga

Yoga helps you build a strong, flexible body with the added benefit of calming the mind. Our yoga classes will be small, geared towards all levels and will be a comfortable space where you can learn yoga. We provide lots of options so everyone can feel successful!

Group Fitness Classes

We offer a variety of group fitness classes that focus on building strength, cardio and flexibility in a group fitness fashion.

Cycling

We offer a wide range of cycling classes to help keep your heart smiling and in shape. Everyone is welcome and all levels can cycle as classes can be made as easy or as challenging as you like. We offer 30-50 minute classes and a variety of spin n’ strength, spin n’ core and spin n’ stretch.

Health & Renovation

Do you need help with your diet and exercise regime? We partner with you and teach you the principles and psychology around how change occurs and what you need to do to apply these newly learned skills to your own life.

Private Personal Training

Without a doubt, Personal Training get RESULTS because you work directly with a coach to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of your workouts.

Pilates Mat

This 50-minute class focusses on building strength in your core muscles utilizing the basic exercises introduced by Joseph Pilates. This is a beginner to intermediate level class and no previous Pilates experience is required.
