indoor cycling class

This class cycle  is a great way to get or keep your smiling heart in shape. Everyone is welcome as you can make the class as easy or as difficult as you want. Our bikes are top of line (you will still need a good set of bike shorts) and each ride will have a theme to keep things interesting.

The class format is a bit unique in that the ride is either 30 minutes or 50 minutes and you can choose how long you want to stay.

If you are a beginner, then we will offer an exit point at the 30 minute mark or if you are really busy and just need a shorter class then this would be a great option for you to, or stay for the full 50 minutes.

Max group size is 8.   

Cycling

Cycle n’ Strength

This hybrid class is 30 minutes of spin followed by 30 minutes of strength conditioning. Suitable for all levels.

Cycle n’ Core

Another one of our hybrid classes where you cycle for 30 minutes and finish with core work. Suitable for all levels.

Cycle n’ Stretch

30 minutes of cycling followed by a deep and relaxing athletic stretch perfect for working out those tight muscles.

Ready to give indoor cycling a spin?

Indoor cycling is a great way to keep your legs and lungs in shape. Join us for a 30-50-minute ride where you will experience rolling hills, cruising flats and a whole lot of the unexpected. Novice to experienced riders are all welcome. If you have them, wear comfortable bikes shorts, bring a towel and lots of water.
