Without a doubt, Personal Training get RESULTS because you work directly with a coach to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of your workouts. You don’t have to flounder around trying to figure out what to do or repeat the same boring exercises, sets and reps.

Your trainer develops your program with a ton of variety and progressions that will keep challenged. You receive guidance and motivation to ensure that you are not only working safely and effectively, but that you also maximize your time. 

We use evidence-based exercise science when planning our programs and not YouTube. We are health and fitness professionals who take our jobs very seriously and comport ourselves with the highest ethical and professional standards. But we also like to laugh and have fun. No stuffy workouts.

If you have an injury, that’s no problem because your trainer has the training and knowledge to work around these challenges. You trainer will work with you and your health care professional to ensure continuity of care and develop a rehabilitation plan to get you back on the road to recovery.

flexible times suited for you

Our session are 30 minutes long since most of our clients are busy and require an efficient and effective workout. You are welcome to come in advance to warm-up and stay afterwards to stretch. If you would like a full hour then you can double up on your sessions.
